Snow Peas

What you need:

  • 2 Cups Snow Peas, Ends Trimmed and Strings Removed

  • 1 TBSP Ginger, Minced

  • 1 Clove Garlic, Minced

  • ½ tsp Chili Flake

  • 1 tsp Sugar

  • 1½ TBSP Soy Sauce

  • ½ tsp Toasted Sesame Oil

  • 1 tsp Canola Oil


  1. Set up Nomiku water bath and turn temperature to 85ºC (185ºF)

  2. Mix all ingredients except snow peas together in a small bowl.

  3. Place snow peas in a freezer-safe zip bag, add sauce, and seal using the water displacement method (try to get the peas in 1 layer).

  4. Submerge bag in water bath and cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Remove peas and transfer to a serving bowl. Enjoy hot or cold.
